The University of Southampton are hosting CAMSTRAND 2011 on 31st March 2011 at the Hotel Ibis, Southampton.
The conference is aimed at individuals and research groups who are interested in the development of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) research and is designed primarily for UK doctoral and post-doctoral fellows.
The keynote speaker is Torkel Falkenberg, Associate Professor in Health Care Research at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden.
In addition to the conference Professor Kate Thomas and Dr Hugh MacPherson will be leading a half day workshop/forum ‘CAM research in a cold(er) climate’ on the Wednesday before (30th) 1-4pm at Aldermoor Health Centre, Southampton. Please see attached workshop flyer for an outline of the workshop.
